A commercial VDI-holder (1) provided on one side of the housing and a commercial milling cutter holder provided on the other side of the housing are connected with each other by the shaft so that the rotation of the milling cutter holder is transmitted to the VDI-holder. A commercial tool holder (2) is inserted in the adapter and is laterally clamped by a clamping screw.</p>
