<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emission control driver of a new type which is designed as a system-on-panel (SOP) type in an electroluminescent (EL) display panel, and to provide an organic electroluminescent display device and a logical OR circuit provided with the emission control driver. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display (OLED) device comprises: a pixel part 12 having a plurality of pixels; a scan driving part 14 of applying a scan signal; a data driving part 20 of applying a data signal; and an emission control driving part 16 of applying an emission control signal. The emission control driving part 16 comprises: a shift register having a plurality of flip-flops; and a logical operation part including a plurality of logic gates, wherein each of the logic gates receives four signals in total of first and second output signals OUTn, OUTn+1 and first and second inverted output signals OUTBn, OUTBn+1 from two adjacent flip-flops in the shift register, controls an active load and outputs an emission control signal through a logical OR operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
