PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve, at low cost, a high-integration storage device which ensures easy manufacturing and has a strong resistance against influence of any disturbance. SOLUTION: The storage device utilizing the movement of a conductive movable body allocated between electrodes includes: many row lines 111 allocated in parallel with each other on a substrate 100; many column lines 121 which are allocated in parallel to cross the row lines 111 and are located in opposition to the row lines 111 through a gap; a semiconductor film 114 which is attached between a region adjacent to the row lines 111 and the column lines 121 with its top in contact with the column lines 121 and with its bottom spaced apart from the row lines 111; and conductive movable body 130 each of which is allocated at an intersecting point of the row line 111 and column line 121 for electrical connection of the row lines 111 with the adjacent semiconductor film 114.
