PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow improving agent which can improve the symptoms of feeling of cold, shoulder stiffness, edema or the like, and ocular tension and eyesight to recover from eyestrain and activate the metabolism of skin tissues by improving blood flow with the use of a protein raw material derived from a food inexpensive and familiar to daily life.

SOLUTION: Based on the finding that a peptide obtained by hydrolyzing egg white has an action to improve blood flow, the blood flow ameliorating agent contains an egg white peptide having an action to ameliorate the internal blood flow volume as an active agent.
