<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply a gas while inhibiting sudden pressure change in supplying highly-compressed gas while decompressing the same. <P>SOLUTION: Opening and closing motions of a supply cutoff valve 16 mounted between a tank 14 and a pressure reducing valve 17 to control the supply of gas from the tank 14 to the pressure reducing valve 17, a supply cutoff valve 18 controlling the supply of highly-compressed gas decompressed to a prescribed pressure by the pressure reducing valve 17, to the external, and a supply cutoff valve 24 controlling the inflow of highly-compressed gas decompressed to the prescribed pressure by the pressure reducing valve 17 to a chamber 23 or a damper 26 with a spring, are controlled in accordance with the change of supply flow rate of the highly-compressed gas from the tank 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
