<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus for preventing an image failure caused by being pulled on one side, by detecting the case that a one side loop occurs due to a difference in toner placement amount in the right and the left on a recording medium, a difference in pressure balance in the right and the left of a fixing roller and a difference in pressure balance in a transfer unit or an inclination, etc., in paper feeding. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus is constituted so that a plurality of loop sensors are arranged in the direction of the recording medium between the transfer unit and the fixing unit, and a motor control part controls a fixing motor, based on these loop detection results, thereby the image failure caused by being pulled on one side is prevented when the one side loop occurs. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
