<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate capable of preventing seizure of the sliding part of the swash plate and shoe of a swash plate compressor while ensuring durability and heat resistance at low cost, and used for the swash plate compressor using carbon dioxide gas as a refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: The swash plate 3 is formed out of a composite molded component integrating a base material 3a by injection molding of TPI, and a sliding surface 3c on which the shoe 4 slides is formed of an injection molding part 3b of TPI. Thereby, seizure of the sliding part of the swash plate 3 and the shoe is prevented while ensuring durability and heat resistance at low cost, and the swash plate can be used for the swash plate compressor using carbon dioxide gas as the refrigerant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
