<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating aerator which can improve transparency of water by increasing the amount of oxygen taken into the water, and coagulating and precipitating suspended solids. <P>SOLUTION: The floating aerator has floats, and incorporates a magnetizing device 6 in a water passage 35 between a suction port and a discharge port. The magnetizing device 6 comprises a plurality of permanent magnet plates 60, and a plurality of plate-like holders 7 integrated in parallel to each other. Each plate-like holder 7 holds a plurality of the permanent magnet plates 60. The positions and directions of each permanent magnet plate 60 held by the plate-like holder 7 and each permanent magnet plate 60 held by the neighboring plate-like holder 7 are set so that their magnetic poles are opposed to each other. The magnetizing device 6 is disposed so that a space between adjacent plate-like holders 7, 7 is parallel to the direction of the water passage 35 with the direction of a magnetic field generated between the magnetic poles opposed to each other orthogonal the water passage 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
