PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structure of geared motor which can lessen the number of parts required for objective operation. SOLUTION: To actuate a switching means 26 for connecting/disconnecting a clutch means 24, it is arranged so that the torque of the output shaft 38 of a motor 18 for load drive can be taken out as driving force during operation of the switching means 26, by holding a flywheel 28 displaced from the output shaft 38 of the motor 18 for load drive by cam mechanisms 48 and 140, in its position by a holding means 50.
