PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter for improving design by shortening the length for laying electric wiring or a bellows hose all over outside a room. SOLUTION: A backing member 4 having a hollow stile 4d on the right and left is installed on an outer wall 3 of a building having a window 2. The backing member 4 is attached with a shutter frame 5 having a shutter box 8 storing a motor-driven winding part 7 hoising and lowering a shutter slat 6 and a guide rail 9 liftably guiding both side parts of the shutter slat 6. The electric wiring 27 to be connected to an external power source 28 from a motor-driven part 7b of the winding part 7, is inserted and laid inside (17b) the stile 4d of the backing member 4.
