PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrographic chart information processing method, its information system, its information program, and recording medium which derive safety sailing route or sea area. SOLUTION: A new mesh data is combined from the mesh data related to the sea area and the new mesh data is visualized. The estimated water depth value mesh data having the estimated water depth value is acquired and the estimated water depth value mesh data is visualized based on the water depth value (distance from the lowest water level to the sea bottom level) mesh data 4 and the tidal harmonic constant mesh data 5 related to the specific sea area. Furthermore, when the estimated water depth value corresponding to the positional information and the time wherein a vessel exists is equivalent to a dangerous value, alarm is issued and visualized so that the position indicating the estimated water depth value is discriminated.
