PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water removing element and a water removing device from an object surface capable of achieving a high wipe-off effect and water stain attachment preventive effect using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The water removing element 1 to remove the water from a surface whereon water exists is structured so that one or more fins 3A, 3B, etc. are provided at the periphery of a rotor 2, wherein the fin 3A etc. is/are formed from a water absorptive material and attached to the rotor 2 flexibly or with the attitude easily changeable when contacting with an external object in compliance with the contacting condition.
