The electro mechanical circuit breaker switch has an assembly with a front panel having locating points for the linkage mechanism. A switch lever [19] is bearing mounted and the lower end connects to the linkage [24,27,34,50] coupled to the contacts [38,39]. The contact opening is triggered by a thermal bimetallic strip [52]. An electromagnetic actuator [46] responds to a short circuit condition.
