<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device that prevents fluctuations in the difference between electric potentials supplied to a development part and a developer feed part even upon voltage fluctuations, and provide an image forming apparatus having the power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device can share a power circuit between the development part and the developer feed part to maintain a continuously constant difference between electric potentials supplied to the development part and developer feed part. A continuously constant amount of developer fed from the developer feed part to the development part can thus eliminate developer density differences and density unevenness on a recording medium.
