<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm, when a peripheral equipment device on a network has function of double-sided printing or Nin 1 printing, whether such a function is usable effectively for a user or not. <P>SOLUTION: A JACA(Job Account Client Application) 1014 acquires a use condition for restricting job processing to predetermined peripheral equipment transmitted from a base server computer 1030, and determines whether job information set in a job to be executed matches the acquired use condition or not.
