<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical cable pulling device and method capable of simplifying attaching/detaching of a connector and a pulling cord of an optical cable, affording a twisting-back function, and improving workability of installation/wiring operation of a connector-attached optical cable. <P>SOLUTION: This is an optical cable pulling device for pulling an optical cable when a connector-attached optical cable is wired.
