<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certificate the existence of an object (image pickup/measurement data) by an authentication organization, namely the public certification by a third party, and to maintain the integrity of data on an online electronic transaction by providing the basic structure/mechanism of data for preventing the image pickup/measurement data from being modified. <P>SOLUTION: A system for certificating the existence of the object to be measured comprises an authentication means for providing time information enabling the time authentication of input information; a position measurement section for measuring the position information on a plurality of measurement points in the object; a reference information acquisition section for acquiring an own reference position and reference time when the position information is measured from an external device; and a measuring means having an encryption section for encrypting the reference position and the reference time, based on the time information obtained by the authentication means with the reference position and the reference time as the input information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
