PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible metal-clad laminated plate excellent in dimensional stability and a method for producing the plate. SOLUTION: On at least one side of a polyimide film, a film-shaped joining member 5-15μm in total thickness with an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide formed, when metal foil and an adhesive joining member are laminated by a hot roll lamination device having at least one pair of metal rolls, the tension of a film-shaped lamination member is 0.1-1 N/cm.
