PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device which is capable of automatically, easily and quickly carrying out a file conversion work when image files are transmitted that are obtained by reading images. SOLUTION: A user stores images and document files in a terminal device through a system suitable for storage. Besides the above procedure, the user employs another system which gets optimal at transmission and where property etc. are considered as an information file, and the property is added to the images and document files.
