PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making an information processor equipped with a decoder not supporting an encode option available of image data encoded by utilizing the encode option. SOLUTION: The server comprises a means for storing image data consisting of a main header and one or more tile data where the tile data consists of a tile part header and one or more packet data and the image data includes one or more packet header corresponding to the one or more packet data, respectively, a means for receiving a transmission request of image data from an external unit, a first rearranging means for rearranging the image data such that the packet data and the packet header corresponding to the packet data are arranged alternately, and a means for delivering the rearranged image data to the external unit.
