摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable focusing mechanism that can solve the mechanical backlash problem without using a sliding imprmechanism and ove the positioning accuracy of the optical components when making fine focusing by linearly moving the optical components back and forth in the optical axis direction. SOLUTION: This is a mechanism to adjust the optical focus by moving a moving unit 1 having optical components relative to the fixed component. It has first and second leaf springs 2b, 2c connected to the moving unit 1 in parallel with each other, third and fourth leaf springs 2a, 2d connected to the moving unit 1 in parallel with each other, and a connector 3 to connect those first, second, third, and fourth leaf springs 2a-2d. The fixed component 20 is made cylindrical and circumferentially divided into three equal sectors. By disposing the focus adjusting mechanisms 8 on each sector, the moving component 22 can be moved in the axial direction inside the cylindrical fixed component 20 to adjust the focusing.
