PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a backup power source to a multiple rotating type absolute value encoder without using a backup battery. SOLUTION: When a rotating part 101 is rotated by external force in a state of the suspension of an electric power supply from a main power source, a magnetic flux in a yoke 104 changes when a magnet 102 and the yoke 104 approach, and an induction current is generated in a conductive coil 105. The generated current is made to flow to a diode 107 through a lead wire 106 to be rectified so as to be accumulated to an electricity accumulation device 108. The electricity amount, accumulated on the electricity accumulation device 108, is supplied to a multiple rotation amount detection part that becomes the load. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
