PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation detector and a bearing with the rotation detector capable of detecting precisely a rotation angle to reduce dispersion in a detection angle, by restraining an influence of a noise generated in a signal reading circuit, and capable of restraining a time lag until the detection angle is output, to an extent as small as possible. SOLUTION: This detector is provided with a magnetic sensor array 5 with magnetic sensor elements laid in the array shape, and a magnet rotating with opposed to the magnetic sensor array 5. A signal from the magnetic sensor array 5 is read out by the signal reading circuit 11. The signal reading-out from the magnetic sensor array 5 by the signal reading circuit 11 is repeated several times by a repetition processing means 13, and the signals read out repeatedly are integration- or average-processed. The rotation angle of the magnet 4 is calculated by a rotation angle calculation means 14, based on an integrated value or an average value obtained by the repetition processing means 13.
