PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracelet for solving such problems that water used for face washing moves along the arm and gets the elbow, a sleeve and a floor wet in face washing performed in a lavatory. SOLUTION: This bracelet is formed by using as the raw material a watery towel cloth, folding the towel cloth to stick to the arm and pushing an elastic rubber through the towel. The bracelet is attached to near the front of the elbow so as to absorb in the cloth towel bracelet water which is apt to flow to the elbow in face washing and prevent water drip in face washing.
