PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for solving such problems that when leaving a white shirt as it is for a few days after one time wearing, a white shirt turns yellow and causes inconvenience to go out, and when part of a curtain or a sheet is broken or contaminated, it is necessary to change the whole and inconvenience is caused in emergency.
