A coil (3b) of a relay (3) is provided on either a phase conductor (2c) or a null conductor (2b) to interrupt the phase or null conductor when the capacity of the boiler (1) falls below a predetermined limit value. The interruption is released only when a switch (7) is manually operated. An independent claim is also included for a boiler.
