A plug for an ignition pellet for an airbag comprise a fuse (2) at the plug (1) to interrupt a short circuit contact that is movable between a transport position and an end position. In the transport position current is possible in the short circuit condition but is interrupted in the end position that is obtained by bringing the plug to the ignition pellet. The fuse comprises a movable (6) and a static (5) part with the movable part being movable opposite the static part in going from the transporting to the end position.
