摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity, in a combustion device including a latent heat recovering heat exchanger, by shortening a drying time resulted from generation of drain in a combustion-related inspection. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection method is for the combustion device comprising a burner 1, a main heat exchanger 4 absorbing sensible heat in combustion gas of the burner 1, the latent heat recovering heat exchanger 6 for recovering exhaust air latent heat, provided on the downstream side of combustion gas from the main heat exchanger 4, in which water passing through the heat exchanger 6 is preheated with the heat of latent heat recovery and then supplied to an inlet port of the main heat exchanger 4. The method comprises a combustion-related inspection process for performing inspection while performing passing of water to the heat exchangers 4 and 6 and combustion of the burner 1. In the combustion-related inspection, the combustion of the burner is performed while raising the inlet water temperature of the water to enter the heat exchanger 6 to a preset drain dripping suppression temperature which is a dew point of the combustion gas or a temperature close to the dew point, at which no drain drips, whereby dripping of drain from the heat exchanger 6 is suppressed to save the drying time of dripped drain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
