PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multilayered elastic roll capable of obtaining the multilayered elastic roll in a state that interlaminar strength is increased without increasing the number of processes even in a case that materials different in various physical properties or poor in adhesiveness are mutually laminated. SOLUTION: The multilayered elastic roll is manufactured by forming two elastic layers, which are composed of a layer on the side of a shaft core body and a surface layer, on the outer periphery of the shaft core body made of a metal. The manufacturing method has a process for arranging the shaft core body in a metal cylindrical mold to support both ends thereof by a piece provided with a material injection port, a process for injecting two kinds of materials composed of a material for a first elastic layer and a material for a second elastic layer in a mold from either one of the material injection ports provided to both ends of the cylindrical mold and a process for thermally curing those materials.
