PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail-transmitting/receiving program and a mail-transmitting/receiving device capable of sharing mail information appropriately, even if a member belonging to a plurality of groups exists. SOLUTION: A mailing address to a group member, the mail address of each member, and the mail address of an outsider related to a group are registered for each group. When distribution of the mail is requested, the group included in the combination of transmission source and destination in that of the member and the outsider is retrieved, to identify the group related to both the transmission source and destination; and the mailing list address of the corresponding group is contained in the transmission destination.
