PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the remaining swing of the meniscus surface and to perform the stable discharge. SOLUTION: The droplet discharge apparatus comprises: a nozzle that discharges the droplets; a pressure chamber that is filled up with a liquid and gives the pressure to the liquid for carrying out the discharge from the nozzle by making the liquid into droplets, and a supply port which supplies the liquid to the pressure chamber, wherein an inertance Mn of the nozzle, a resistance Rn of the nozzle, a compliance Cn by a surface tension of the nozzle zone, an inertance Ms of the supply port and a resistance Rs of the supply port satisfy the following two formulas.
