PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall fitting device capable of easily fitting an article on a wall surface in a stable state and having a versatility. SOLUTION: The wall fitting device 1 is provided with: a wall surface fixing member 10 having an engagement part 12 projecting from the front side of a body part 11 fixed to the wall surface and formed with grooves 13 and 13 or projections on a pair of side faces of the engagement part 12; and an article fixing member 20 formed with projections 26 and 26 or grooves slidingly fitted with the grooves 13 and 13 or the projections of the engagement part 12 of the wall surface fixing member 10, at the end of the body part 21 fixed to the article (S).
