The screw part has a radial cone (2), which is fastened at a plate, and a drive retainer. A flange of a holt-melt adhesive (6), which is fused by rotational friction, is provided at the carrier surface of the cone for enclosing the part. The carrier surface is turned to the plate. The cone is provided with a break-through for the passage of the molten hot adhesive, and the thickness of the cone is decreased radially outwards.
