<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately find an order reception slit, an arrangement slip, and an order sheet having a format of the time even if a product is modified or abolished with time, and to flexibly and efficiently arrange the order reception slip, the arrangement slip, and the order sheet by use of a production management system even without an arrangement code. <P>SOLUTION: All necessary items are recorded such that data on the order reception slip, the arrangement slip, and the order sheet do not depend on another database, the necessary items are transferred to the arrangement slip from the order reception slip by a transfer means, the necessary items are also transferred to the order sheet from the arrangement slip by the transfer means, and transfer confirmation is written in the respective transfer sources by a transfer confirmation means to allow decision that the correct transfer is performed. A signature area and a non-signature area are formed in the order reception slip and the order sheet.
