PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering device by which unique identification information of a local device is automatically registered in a filtering table and a filtering function is attained without troubling a user's hand. SOLUTION: The filtering device 1 detects data transmitted from the local device by a data detection function part 12, a data comparison function part 15 determines whether a vender code of a MAC address included in the detected data matches to a vender code set in a filtering rule 14, and when it is determined that the vender codes match to each other, a table creation function part 16 performs processing for registering the MAC address of the local device in the filtering table 13.
