PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rising-and-falling blackboard equipment which facilitates the work for bringing a support frame equipped with a motor and a winding drum into an installation site, without using a crane or the like. SOLUTION: The rising-and-falling blackboard equipment has a constitution wherein a lifting frame 3 is supported by the support frame 2 fitted to an installation wall surface W, so that it can rise and fall, and a blackboard 1 is fitted to the lifting frame 3. A laterally-long rotating shaft 4 is installed axially in the support frame 2 by the medium of bearings 5, while the motor 6 for driving the rotating shaft 4 is provided therein, and the plurality of winding drums 7 are provided at an interval on the rotating shaft 4. A space between the winding drum 7 and the lifting frame 3, is provided with a winding belt 8 fixed at one end portion to the winding drum 7 and at the other end portion to the lower frame 11 of the lifting frame 3. In the rising-and-falling blackboard equipment thus constituted, the support frame 2 and the rotating shaft 4 are divided respectively into plural portions and connective end portions of divided support frames 2a, 2b, 2c are connected to each other so that they can be cut off, while connective end portions of divided rotating shafts 4a, 4b, 4c are connected to each other so that they can be cut off by shaft couplings 9.
