PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe outside face blasting device capable of grinding a pipe outside face efficiently with excellent workability. SOLUTION: A blast head 11 incorporating a nozzle 38 for jetting a blast material 26 and a suction port 50 for sucking the blast material 26 for grounding and dust is guided by a guide member 14 and an annular member 12 so as to move in the longitudinal direction and the peripheral direction of an outside face of the pipe P to suck used blast material 26 and dust and move the blast head 11 along an outer peripheral face of the pipe P easily.
