PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health promoting tool which can contribute to the health promotion and the sanitation of a human body. SOLUTION: This health promoting tool 1 is equipped with a base body section which is placed along the human body, and a conductive paint 3 being a conductive material which is provided on the surface to the base body section. In addition, the health promoting tool 1 has a conductive wire 4 which is connected with the conductive paint 3, and a metal body 5 which is connected with the conductive paint 3 through the conductive wire 4. A sterilization action or an activating action of physiological functions can be presented by arranging the conductive paint 3 in the vicinity of the human body by this health promoting tool 1.
