PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device, capable of efficiently cooling a cooling object without cooling failure and arranging a part of the device arranged on the cooling object side in an inconspicuous manner. SOLUTION: A dead body A is covered with a flexible cooling sheet 10, whereby the dead body A which contacts with the cooling sheet 10 is cooled with a heat medium. Accordingly, the dead body A can be efficiently cooled by closely fitting the flexible cooling sheet 10 thereto. In this case, since the heat medium such as water or brine is cooled by a freezing circuit of a cooling unit 20 and distributed to a heat medium passage of the cooling sheet 10, no cooling failure by leak of gas refrigerant from a pipe connection part as in direct distribution of the refrigerant of the freezing circuit to the cooling object side is caused. Since the cooling sheet 10 can be put over the dead body A like a bracket, the dead body A can be inconspicuously cooled with the cooling sheet 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
