The system has a terminal (30) in a parking space (10) for inputting of parking data (D) for parking fee payment, where the terminal wirelessly transmits the inputted data to a fee center (40). The data has a license number of the parked vehicle, and the terminal has a read-/write device (34) for a charge card (35). The fee center designed as a parking ticket machine receives the data transmitted by the terminal, where the center is assigned to the used parking space.
