PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for simply registering an information terminal with a plurality of functions as a management object. SOLUTION: A list registration part 104b determines whether or not an information terminal detected by an information terminal detecting part 104b has the plurality of functions, and when it is determined that the information terminal has the plurality of functions, the list registration part 104b classifies the information terminal according to respective functions and registers the results to a terminal registration list.
