PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stool for strengthening the strength of legs weakened with ageing. SOLUTION: This stool is used for strengthening weakened legs, and can strengthen sustaining power and the strength of legs by making ascending-descending motion by gradually heightening by adding a height adjusting stage frame after starting an ascent and descent from a lower stage by using a box-shaped stool divided into a plurality of stages.
