PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve turning performance by making the side clutch on the inner side of the turning direction perform on/off operations at substantially the same time when a steering means is operated, when turning left and when turning right. SOLUTION: In this switching mechanism, the steering means and the left and right side clutches 45 are interlocked and connected by link mechanism and cam mechanism, the cam mechanism is provided with a cam member 71 rotating by interlocking with the operation of the steering means, left and right operating arms 75 acting via the cam member 71 and roller 74, and clutch operating members 72 acting on the side clutches 45 via the operating arms 75, the steering means and the cam member 71 are connected to the link mechanism, and a rod 65 is provided to rotate the cam member 71 by being pushed and pulled by the steering means.
