The valve has an electromotive powered actuator (3) that is moved between two actuating positions. A switch (5) is connected to a power supply device that supplies voltage between 2-50 volts to the actuator, where the switch is connected with a direct-current electric motor (6) of the actuator. The switch includes a change-over switch for connecting the electric motor in one of the positions in series switching with a capacitor to the power supply device. The change-over switch switches the motor in the other position parallel to the capacitor and uncoupled from the power supply device.
