The crossflow-filter module for filtration of liquids loaded with proteins, polysaccharides and/or yeast fermentation, includes infiltrate inlet (2), infiltrate outlet (3), filtrate outlet (4), crossflow-membrane filter candle (1), housing (7) and mechanism for the production of periodic pressure variations. The crossflow-membrane filter candle is arranged in the housing that exhibits a channel through which the infiltrate flows. The filtrate is removed transversely for the infiltrate flow by the filter candle. In the area of the infiltrate inlet, the mechanism is arranged in the channel and formed in such a way that it closes and opens a channel inlet of the respective membrane filter candle. The mechanism comprises a shovel or perforated disk rotating around the axle center of the filter module.
