The system has a coolant container, a waterproof flooring (10), a supply channel (17), a discharge channel (18), and branch pipings (2-4,12-14) connected to each of the channels. Each branch piping is connected to a heat exchange zone (Z1-Z3) comprising of certain number of heat exchange pipes. The branch pipings are also located outside of the waterproof flooring.
