A BUTTON BLOCKING TYPE SAFETY DEVICE IN A LIGHTER

A button blocking type safety device in a lighter comprises a button (1), a piezoelectric igniter (9), a button push pin (10). Said push pin (10) comprises a first push pin (101) in the middle, a second push pin (102) close to a casing, and a third push pin (103) on which a axis is provided. It further comprises a clasp (4), whose end is positioned in a positioning point (5) opposite the casing adjacent the second push pin (102), and the other end of the clasp (4) is connected with the axis via a positioning spring (3). When the end of the clasp (4) is in the positioning point (5) the button push pin (10) can be blocked; when the end of the clasp (4) is moved close to the second push pin (102) the button push pin (10) can be depressed. The clasp must be push upwardly before igniting the lighter, thus prevent the children easily operating the lighter.
