<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium permitting printing by a printer. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium in which a printing layer consisting of an ink receiving layer permitting printing by an ink and a flat and smooth underlayer under the ink receiving layer is formed, the printing layer has a glossiness (60°) of ≥30, and the ink receiving layer is a mixture of a binder component and a filler consisting of a polymer or an inorganic component. When denoting the thickness of the ink receiving layer as D, the particle diameter of the filler to be added as R, the specific gravity of the filler as d<SB>1</SB>, the specific gravity of the binder component in the ink receiving layer after curing as d<SB>2</SB>, and the addition ratio of the filler in the ink receiving layer as t, the coefficient A thereof is expressed by A=6td<SB>2</SB>D/Räd<SB>1</SB>-(d<SB>1</SB>-d<SB>2</SB>)t}≤2.0, and the mean surface roughness (Ra) in the uppermost surface of the printing layer is ≥150 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
