<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium capable of forming a visible image with a high contrast on an image recording layer being different from a recording layer by using a laser light. <P>SOLUTION: The optical recording medium has the recording layer 214 capable of recording and regenerating information by irradiating it with the laser light.
