<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement dealings system in which mutual dealing partners can be found easily by the operation of terminals of a Web content provider and an advertisement provider that can be connected with the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: The Web content provider of this system operates a content providing terminal 20, transmits content information to an advertisement dealings server 10, and registers it. An advertisement providing terminal 30 transmits to the advertisement dealings server 10 insertion request information which requests advertisement insertion to specified contents; and the content providing terminal 20 transmits to the advertisement dealings server 10 recognition information which recognizes that advertisement shown in the insertion request information is added to the contents.
